Quality Control

Before the production :

In order to keep the quality of home furniture to be good and keep the shape not crash , we have to check the moisture percentage of wood we imported from the foreign country, and guarantee it’s between 8%-12% , that’s the right range for indoor furniture .

During the production :

We check the products from step to step during the production, each production line has its own QC, we try our best to control the quality at the begining .

Before the packing :

When the production finished and before packing , our QC will make a full inspection, that means check one by one , and check them all .

Before the shipment :

At last, there will be a random selection before the transport , once there’s defects , our QC will enlarge the checking scope .
